3 oz. mushrooms
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
4 cups water
1 cup whipping cream
3 Tbsp all purpose flour

  2. Hello, better is to use a mix of mushrooms from Boletaceae family. But if you want to keep it really “czech” use dumplings.
