5 red or gold potatoes
1 tsp salt (for boiling)
1/2 tsp salt (for frying)
2 Tbs oil (for frying)

  1. the fried potatoes were delicious can I please have the recipe for the rolled up meat that you made with the fried potatoes.

  2. I made your tasty fried potatoes to serve with the fried meat rolls, and that makes a great combination. I used yellow potatoes, because that’s what I had. (They fried up nicely in my Swiss Diamond nonstick skillet without much fat for frying.)
