  1. Hi I love that I found your recipes on utube, it is very helpful to watch how the dish comes together. I also like that you have the website to find the exact recipe. My husband is Czech and he wants me to learn Czech food. You and your husband are so cute together!! Steve eats well. I wanted to ask if you have a recipe for potato dumplings. We enjoy the dumpling recipes. Thanks, Jodi Homolka

    1. Hi Jodi,

      1. Thank you so much for the potato dumpling recipe. I will try it this weekend. Now, do you have a red cabbage recipe.

        1. I am sorry, but I don’t have red cabbage recipe. But I already made a recipe for sauerkraut. It is all measured out, but I still have to record it. Hopefully soon. 🙂

  2. I am so happy I found your website. 🙂 I love your recipes! Your instructional videos are very easy to understand and are so helpful. I like hearing your stories, you make me laugh. 3. This is basically how my Grand Mother made her spatzeles for her Sour Meat. She’d ate a batter and drop spoonfulls in slowly boiling water thendrai. BABA WOULD THEN take take left overs if there were any and fry them brown in butter and serve them with eggs for breakfast. She was always bringing home great Czech pastry’s from the SOKOL (THE HALL) functions.

    1. Sounds like great memories. 🙂

  4. We don’t have Wondra flour in Canada. Do you happen to know the equivalent that is sold here?
    Thank you.

    1. Canada: Robin Hood Nutri Flour Blend “Tastes Like White” or Robin Hood Easy Blend I hope it helps.

  5. Can I use plain or self rising flour instead of Wondra flour I’m in Australia thank you

    1. In Australia please use Continental flour, any brand. It is like Wondra in USA.
