Lemon Cake – Babeta


Ingredients:

9 or 10 inch baking pan
Serves: 8
Prep: 40 minutes
Bake: 300F (150C) 45-50 minutes
Total: 1 hour 30 minutes

2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups powdered sugar plus more for dusting the cake
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
2 tsp baking powder
1 lemon for zest
1/3 cup lemon juice
Melter butter and flour for the pan
