  1. I can’t wait to try this recipe! I have lots of unsweetened coconut but I will have to buy kefir. (Have you tried substituting whole regular yogurt?) What kind of cocoa do you use? Natural cocoa or Dutch cocoa?

    1. I have only made it with kefir, but I think it should work with plain yogurt as well. 🙂 I buy just regular unsweetened cocoa from Trader Joe’s. 🙂

  2. My husband is from cz and I am Scottish. I love cezch food we have been married forty fours year’s. if only we had the Internet then you would have been a big help to me our son karel told me about you .he makes your goulash and I make the dumplings. Thank you. K

    1. Wow 44 years! That is wonderful! That is so nice to hear how you cook goulash together with your son. 🙂 Yes, having an internet is a big blessing. 🙂

  3. I made the chocolate kefir cake with icing as an early 8th birthday cake for my granddaughter. She loves chocolate cake, so I knew she would like it. The whole family enjoyed eating the cake. The cake was moist and we served it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The cake was done when I checked it after 30 minutes of baking.

    1. That is a great idea Joanne to make it as Birthday cake for your granddaughter. 🙂 I am happy everybody enjoyed it. Yum with ice cream! 🙂
