Fried Bread
3 1⁄4 cups (490 g) all purpose flour, plus more for dusting
1 1⁄2 cups (350 ml) milk
1⁄2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons active dry yeast
Oil (for frying)

Toppings
Savory Version: garlic mix (2 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons water and 1⁄4 teaspoon salt) shredded cheese, ketchup or sour cream
Sweet Version: unsalted butter, cinnamon, granulated sugar

We have in my country Uruguay S-A one called “torta Frita” Fried Cake the end is the same you can eat it with cheese and ham whatever you like or sweet with cheese and quince, or honey cinnamon and so many just butter and sugar With that said I love your cause are lighter and I made them because my wife ancestors are from Kunt-Hola Thank you so much Dekuji moc!
