Holland Schnitzel – Holandské řízky


Ingredients:

Serves: 4
Total: 1 hr.
It takes about 15 min. to grind your own meat.
Frying on medium heat: 5 min. on each side

1 lb. ground pork
1 tsp salt
pepper
1/2 cup milk
6 oz. cheese (Gouda, Edam)
Breading:
2 eggs
pinch salt
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup plain breadcrumbs

    Just bought all my ingredients at the store this morning. I’m going to make the mixture today and leave it over night in the frig. I’ll make it tomorrow for dinner. I bought extra as I know my husband and kids will eat everything in sight! Your recipe looks so good and I can hardly wait to taste test it tomorrow!
