Non-Bake Pineapple Cakes – Nepečené ananasové dortíky

Ingredients:

Makes: 24
Hands on: 1 hour
Harden and decorate: 1 hour
Total: about 2 hours

Crust:
7-8 oz graham crackers
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup, 8 Tbsp)

Filling:
1/2 cup milk
2 packets (0.5 oz) unflavored gelatine
2 cream cheese (8 oz each)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 lemon for zest
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 can (20oz) pineapple chunks (part for garnish)

Topping:
1 cup whipping cream
2 Tbsp powdered sugar

Chocolate drizzle:
3 oz dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil or shortening

    1. Instructions will be in my printed cookbooks. It takes me a lot of time to create the recipe, edit and do it all by myself. I would appreciate if others would be more thankful for what I provide. There are detailed step by step instructions in the video. Plus I provide it all for free.

    1. Thank you! I have not tried to freeze them so I am not sure how it would work but I think it should be ok.

    1. Thank you Kathy! Yes you can. 🙂 I usually make them day ahead, but decorate them the day I want to serve them. Just make sure they are covered with foil so they don’t dry up. 🙂

    1. That would be perfect idea. Mini ones would work. Just little harder with the plastic. But better for bite sizes.
