Potato Goulash – Bramborový guláš

1 medium sized onion
4 medium sized potatoes
2 Tbsp oil
1 kielbasa ( 12oz )
2 Tbsp Hungarian paprika
5 cups water
3/4 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp beef base
pepper
pinch of cayenne pepper (or more if you like it more spicy)
1 cup water
1/2 cup flour
1 Tbsp marjoram

    Přítelovi (Dán) jsem před pár dny udělala česnečku a musím říci že jsme si oba velice pochutnali.

  5. Hi, what sausage do you use? I went to a polish deli and asked for kielbasa and they told me it just meant sausage 🙂

    1. I buy it at grocery store and it says on a package Polish Klbasa. 🙂 Sausage will be fine too. 🙂

    2. Did they not offer you samples of the various kielbasa at the Polish deli? The Polish deli near us, named “Kielbasa,” offers/offered small one bite samples of the cooked sausages. 🙂 I would suggest asking for a smoked garlic kielbasa. Personally, our favorite is one called “Wedding Kielbasa” (sorry, I don’t remember the Polish name). So tasty! Reminds me of some I had in Praha and Borovany.
