Hungarian Fried Bread – Langoš

Ingredients:

Makes 9 medium ones
Prep: 15 min.
Rise: 30-45 min.
Fry: 30 min.
Total: About 1hr. 30min.

3 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp dry yeast
canola oil (for frying)

Toppings:

Savory version: garlic, shredded cheese, ketchup
Sweet version: butter, cinnamon, sugar

    1. Just regular all purpose flour.

We have in my country Uruguay S-A one called “torta Frita” Fried Cake the end is the same you can eat it with cheese and ham whatever you like or sweet with cheese and quince, or honey cinnamon and so many just butter and sugar With that said I love your cause are lighter and I made them because my wife ancestors are from Kunt-Hola Thank you so much Dekuji moc!
