Judas Buns – Jidáše


Ingredients:

Rise: 1 – 1 1/2 hours
Hands on: 5 min.
Second rise: 30 min.
Bake: 350F 20 min.
Total: 2 hrs. 20 min. – 2 hrs. 50 min.

3/4 cup (180 ml) milk
1 tsp active dry yeast
3 Tbsp (40 g) granulated sugar
pinch of salt
2 cups (280 g) all purpose flour
lemon zest from 1/2 lemon
1 egg yolk
3 Tbsp (42g ) unsalted butter, melted

Topping:
1 egg white

Glaze:
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice

    1. Ano urcite. Uz jsem na nem v USA zacala pracovat, ale ted jsem momentalne v CR, ale urcite bude.

    1. No. My recipe is using all purpose flour.
